Want to Perform?
If you are wishing to perform you must download this form, read, agree, sign and send back to us well in advance of the Youth Cafe you wish to perform at.
Confirmation that you are performing will be made once your form is recieved.
When entering a Youth Cafe event you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply will result in your parents been contacted and they may be asked to come and collect you from the event.
>> No alcohol is to be brought into the Minster & consumed. Alcohol must also not be consumed prior to the event.
>> Beverley Minster forbids smoking on any of its premises.
>> An emergency contact number is required when signing in at the event.
>> Suitable clothing appropriate inside a religious building is required at all our events.
>> When leaving the event you must be respectful to local residents and be quiet.
>> We have a zero tolerance behaviour policy. Those involved in misbehaving will be asked to leave, with parents being contacted to arrange collection.
Photography / Media Footage Disclaimer
Footage of Youth Cafe & its associated events may be aquired for the use of publicity, marketing and publishing purposes i.e. facebook, website, funding bids, Youth Cafe Magazine etc. By entering the event you consent to your images being used. We will however, not publish names without parental consent.
